In autumn 2018, KIM initiated a seminar ‘Hybrid Warfare - Lessons from Russia's Annexation of Crimea 2014’ in collaboration with Psyopsförbundet and Försvarsutbildarna on highly sensitive topics surrounding resilience and security questions between Ukraine and Russia. Topics addressed different approaches to resilience: Bert Sundström, SVT reporter in Moscow, was one of the participants discussing information influence and hybrid war. Oleg Khairulun, Associate Professor at the Ukrainian Defense College in Kiev and Researcher in military psychology presented ‘Psychological aspects of Game theory’.
